Title Agent
Stuart Cudaback-Cox joined Loudoun Commercial Title in 2023 in the role of Title Agent. He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a major in Psychology from Hampden-Sydney College and a Paralegal Certificate from Boston University. Stuart founded and ran his own real estate title abstracting business, LRV Abstracting, for 20 years. He has also managed a residential title insurance office for a national title insurer focusing its operations on Northern Virginia, Maryland, and Washington D.C.
Stuart is a member of The Virginia Land Title Association, The Paralegal Association of Northern Virginia, and The National Federation of Paralegal Associations. He has earned the designations of Virginia Certified Title Examiner and Virginia Certified Title Settlement Agent from the Virginia Land Title Association. Stuart holds title insurance agent licenses in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC.
