Kate Gordon joined the Loudoun Commercial Title team in August of 2011, having graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in May of 2011. Kate was promoted to President of Loudoun Commercial Title, LLC in May of 2020. Kate co-owns Loudoun Commercial Title, LLC with its founder, Bob Gordon. Kate is proud to provide sophisticated commercial real estate services as a boutique, family-owned and operated firm.
Since joining Loudoun Commercial Title in 2011, Kate has closed hundreds of commercial transactions, while focusing primarily on complex commercial. Kate’s commercial real estate experience includes underwriting, closing, and insuring: multi-state assemblages; construction financing in Virginia, Maryland, and DC; commercial industrial and office facilities; multi-family housing; condominiums including land and airspace; leasehold interests; easements; vacant land; new construction; HUD financing; defeasances; Maryland IDOT financing; and more. Kate has broad experience with ALTA Survey review, standards, and underwriting. About Kate:
- Kate is proud to serve on the Loudoun County Public Library Board of trustees as vice chair as of 2025
- Kate applies her legal and business management experience to her volunteer service as a member of the Morven Park (Westmoreland Davis Memorial Foundation) Board and as chair of the Board’s Governance Committee
- Kate is the Organizer of two Adopt-A-Highway teams locally, cleaning over 9 miles of rural, Western Loudoun County roads twice annually with a team of neighbors
- Kate completed Yoga Teacher Training (RYT 200) in 2015
- Kate lives on a farm in rural western Loudoun County, Virginia
