Licensed Title Agent
Kate Gordon joined Loudoun Commercial Title, L.L.C., in August, 2011. Kate is a licensed title agent and applies her expertise to close both commercial and residential transactions.
Kate is also a licensed Virginia attorney with the firm Gordon Law, PLLC. As an attorney, Kate performs a wide range of legal work, from drafting deeds and preparing documents for easements, subdivisions, and boundary line adjustments to representing clients on complex real estate transactions, both commercial and residential. She also drafts complaints for filing in Loudoun County Circuit Court, researches case law, and conducts legislative research for Robert Gordon’s expert witness testimony engagements.
A member of the Virginia Bar, Kate received her juris doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law. As an undergraduate at the University of Virginia, she earned a double major in English and the History of Art, graduating with Distinction, and was a member the national honors society Phi Beta Kappa.
Kate completed the RE3 Real Estates Development Seminar Series at George Mason University and regularly attends continuing education to keep current with title insurance industry standards, issues, and best practices.
