Vice President
John Mashack has been with Loudoun Commercial Title since its founding in February 2004 and assumed the role of Vice President and Compliance Officer in September 2022. He is a title insurance agent licensed in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.
Active in the Virginia Land Title Association (VLTA), John has served on committees and task forces for the industry trade association and was appointed to the VLTA Board of Directors in October 2022. While on the Board, his roles have included At-Large Member, Examiner Committee Vice-Chair, Examiner Committee Director, and member of the Governance Taskforce. Currently he is serving as the Treasurer, Chair of the Examiner Magazine Committee, and Editor in Chief of the Examiner Magazine.
John holds VLTA’s Virginia Certified Title Examiner (VCTE) and Virginia Certified Title Settlement Agent (VCTSA) certifications, as well as the American Land Title Association’s National Title Professional (NTP) designation.
John has a Bachelor of Arts degree with University Honors in Political Science and a minor in International Studies from Virginia Commonwealth University. He is also a Marine Corps Veteran and received his Honorable Discharge in 2002.
